Engine 4 Ladder 15 | The Sky Won't Fall Forever

At the time Sergio graduated from the FDNY Academy, probationary firefighters would spend their first year at their assigned firehouse, then rotate through two more firehouses for a year each to learn about different techniques and increase their skill base. Sergio was assigned to Engine 4 at the South Street Seaport but was on rotation to Brooklyn’s Ladder 132 on September 11th. Even so, the brothers and sisters at Engine 4 and Ladder 15 still claimed him as one of their own and he is listed with the others who made the ultimate sacrifice from their company that day.
